Stephania’s Heritage

$4.50

Thanks for this variety go to Stephania Potter whose mother, who saved seeds given to her in the 70’s by Dick Adlard, a Washington State University Skamania County agent, and passed them on to her family.  Stephania gave some seeds to me and I am now sharing it with you.  The original variety may have been Imur Prior Beta.  Internet searches list the origin of Imur Prior Beta as Norway, South America, and Washington State University.  I have ordered seeds from the Sand Hill Preservation Center with the plan of comparing the resulting fruits to see if they are the same.  Stephania warns me that some cross pollination may have occurred in the seeds she saved.
