Its shape is similar to the original red but flavor has more citrus fruity flavor notes. The heat level is at an upper habanero heat. The Maldivian Heat Orange peppers ripen from green to bright orange and close to size of a golfball. They can be used in hot sauces, salsa and seasoning powders.
