This is my wife’s favorite. Large (12 to 16 oz.) green fruit ripen to pale green with a tint of yellow. The flavor is sweet, yet spicy and quite delicious. Terry agrees with my wife, saying, “Aunt Ruby’s German Green is my favorite. The best mater ever in my never-to-be-humble opinion.”
