Named for its three sided shape that resembles a Bishop’s Crown, these odd shaped pods hold their heat in the center of the pods.  I have eaten the “wings” and found them sweet – no heat at all.  They have thin but crispy flesh that dries well.  You can use them in your Christmas decertations!.
