Italian Gold

I seldom put “good taste” and “paste/roma” in the same sentence except for Italian Gold. I really enjoyed eating these yellow/gold jewels right off the vine. Territorial Seed catalog used to describe it as a cooking Tomatoes, saying “The bright gold color of this Roma-style Tomatoes will give you some of the richest, thickest homemade sauce you have ever made. Italian Gold is a compact, determinate plant that is highly disease resistant.”
