Pasilla

Also known as the Chilaca Pepper when fresh, the Pasilla is a popular Mexican pepper. Maturing at about 3′ tall, this plant will provide an abundant crop of 8″-14″ long pods that can then be smoked or dried and used later for seasonings, sauces and many other Mexican-inspired dishes. Mild heat rating at 1,000-2,500 SHU.
