The Scotch Bonnet Cream has fruity flavor notes but an immediate upfront burn which is not common in other Scotch Bonnet types. It has a definite mid level habanero heat. It will like other bonnets get a small tail on bottom of pods occasionally. The Scotch Bonnet Cream can be used for pickling, sauces and salsa.
